About Me

My Picture Hi! I'm Zana Tran.
I'm a sixth-year graduate student in the Math department at the University of Chicago. My Uchicago advisor is Prof. Alexander Beilinson and my UPenn Advisor is Prof. Florian Pop. I am currently working on the Pop Conjecture, trying to examine to which extent a function field's first-order theory determines its isomorphism class. I like to think about Algebraic Geometry, Model Theory, Philosophy, Psychology and Religion.
I'm interested in Education, so if you have an educational project that you think I'd be helpful with, feel free to contact me .
